How I can help

You may be feeling stuck in survival mode — constantly on edge, emotionally shut down, or overwhelmed by memories or feelings that don’t seem to make sense.

Trauma can affect how you think, feel, and relate to others, long after the original experience has passed.

I work with adults who want to understand their responses, feel safer in their bodies and relationships, and begin moving forward — gently, without pressure or judgement.

I am committed to providing counselling that is inclusive and affirming. I work with neurodivergent clients and members of the transgender and gender-diverse community.

You don’t need to have everything together before starting therapy. We begin where you are.

Through trauma counselling, we can work together to help you:

Feel more grounded and emotionally regulated

•Reduce the impact of trauma and PTSD symptoms

•Understand your emotional responses without self-blame

•Develop coping strategies that actually work for you; and

•Build a stronger sense of safety, control, and self-trust

Our work is collaborative, paced around you and focused on what you want to resolve and achieve.

Client Testimony:

"Jill supported me through a major traumatic transition in my life.

Through cognitive processing therapy she guided me to recognize some unhelpful patterns and impart tools to regulate my nervous system.

I now use those tools on a daily basis and feel like she helped me shift into a new way of being."

Inclusive counselling: Neurodiversity-informed and Gender-inclusive
